Manga
Description
A young man named Yoru works as a male prostitute after being betrayed by the owner of the circus where he once performed. One day, a mysterious customer purchases Yoru for a single night. The buyer is Amran, a member of a high-class hybrid race said to possess both human and beast forms. Their first encounter is violent and non-consensual, with Amran taking Yoru without allowing him time to prepare.
The story is set in a world where hybrids like Amran exist. Amran buys Yoru outright, and the initial master-slave dynamic soon gives way to a more complex relationship. Amran begins to dote on Yoru, though he continues withholding crucial information from him, creating misunderstandings that drive much of the plot. The narrative includes elements of blackmail and explores the tension between Yoru's past trauma and Amran's evolving feelings.
The manga spans seven chapters collected in a single volume. Early chapters focus on the transactional and coercive nature of their arrangement, while later installments shift toward a more affectionate connection between the two leads. The story concludes with a happy ending, resolving the central conflicts and misunderstandings that kept the pair apart. The hybrid theme manifests literally in certain scenes that incorporate Amran's animal characteristics.
