Description
A young priest named Kouta has decided he wants to die. Born into a wealthy temple family and blessed with good looks, he has led an easy life without complaint, but after being told he has only a short time left to live, he becomes disillusioned with the world and resolves to end his life on his own terms. However, his plan is interrupted by the sudden appearance of an idiot angel named Pin-chan, who declares that she has come to make him live. This sets the stage for a comedic struggle as the death-seeking Kouta searches for a way to die while the bumbling angel searches for a way to keep him alive. The story is set primarily around Kouta's temple, a location that represents his comfortable yet unsatisfying past. The conflict deepens when, after the pair return home from one of their confrontations, a buried treasure of gold coins from a robbery case is discovered in the temple garden. This unexpected find entangles them in a larger situation involving the stolen loot, forcing them to navigate the chaos alongside their personal battle over life and death. Their relationship evolves through this absurd premise, blending dark humor with supernatural elements in a narrative that explores the value of existence through an unconventional partnership.
