Description
Ao lives with his father, who has a bad drinking habit, in a town with a beautiful view of the sea. He spends his time trying to be as inconspicuous as possible, both at his high school and at home, as if he is holding his breath. One day, on the way home from school, he meets Minato smoking a cigarette on the station platform. Minato, who works at a bento shop in spite of his blonde hair and piercings, cannot stand the fact that Ao eats food from the convenience store every day, so he offers him a suggestion: instead of making you a bento every day, comment on my cooking. Their relationship begins from this encounter, with Minato's daily homemade lunches becoming a bridge between two very different young men. The story unfolds in their seaside town, focusing on Ao's gradual emergence from his self-imposed isolation and the quiet intimacy that develops through shared meals and honest commentary on Minato's culinary efforts.
