Keiichi and Sota have been close friends since elementary school, navigating the daily routines of high school life together. Despite Sota’s popularity with the girls at their school, he consistently rejects their advances and goes out of his way to avoid them, often hiding in the school nurse’s office to escape their attention. This long-standing dynamic shifts when Sota begins spending time with Jou, a female student who also frequents the nurse’s office, stirring an unexpected and confusing pang of jealousy within Keiichi.

This jealousy acts as a catalyst, forcing Keiichi to confront feelings he has long repressed.
