Manhwa
Description
Maha Lee is a member of Tea Party, a struggling new girl group trying to break into the highly competitive world of K-pop. Her career takes a complicated turn because of her striking resemblance to La Lima, a famous and glamorous solo artist. While Maha initially tries to use this similarity to gain attention, it earns her the public label of a talentless imitation. It also draws the open disdain of Ryoc Kwon, the popular and intimidating main dancer of the top boy band SHAX, who despises anyone he believes is achieving fame through mimicry rather than genuine skill.

The story is set against the backdrop of the South Korean entertainment industry, depicting the grueling schedules, public scrutiny, and fierce rivalries faced by idol groups. The narrative kicks into high gear during the filming of a televised idol sports competition, where a clumsy accident involving Maha leads to a public incident with a member of SHAX. This blunder goes viral, making Maha the target of intense online hate from SHAX's massive fanbase and deepening Ryoc's negative feelings toward her. However, the notoriety also brings perverse opportunities. Maha is cast in a small acting role opposite Ryoc, a job given to her mainly because of her usefulness as La Lima's stand-in.

This acting job becomes a turning point. Despite Ryoc's cold treatment, Maha demonstrates genuine hard work and talent, forcing him to see past her "imitation" label and recognize her true potential. Their forced proximity leads to an unexpected, secret romance that they must hide from the public, their managers, and their obsessive fans. Complicating matters is Yujin, a kind-hearted member of the up-and-coming boy band Sparkling, who is a longtime friend of Maha and harbors his own feelings for her, creating a subtle love triangle.

As the series progresses, Maha and Ryoc navigate a secret relationship, struggling to keep their feelings hidden while their respective groups, Tea Party and SHAX, gain more fame. Key narrative arcs include the initial scandal that brings Maha notoriety, her first acting role that changes Ryoc's perspective, the growing pressure of their secret romance, and the eventual complications that arise when all the main groups—Tea Party, SHAX, Sparkling, and La Lima—are forced to interact on a reality TV show. Throughout these arcs, Maha works to prove that she is more than just a lookalike and deserves success on her own merits.
