Nadeshiko is a high school girl whose parents suddenly inform her that she has an arranged fiancé named Yamato. Yamato comes from a wealthy family that owns a chain of one hundred love hotels, and he is handsome but gives Nadeshiko a terrible first impression, leading her to dismiss him as a pervert. Despite her strong objections, Nadeshiko's parents are determined to make the engagement work and decide to force the two young people to live together in a hotel room for ten days, hoping that close proximity will spark romantic feelings. The story follows their forced cohabitation as Nadeshiko struggles against the arrangement while gradually learning more about Yamato's true personality. The manga is a short romantic comedy built around the tension between a headstrong girl who wants to choose her own path and a boy who may not be as bad as he first seemed. In addition to the main storyline, the volume includes two one-shots: Hug Me Tight, about a girl with insomnia who finally manages to sleep in the school infirmary, and Love at a Fingertip.
