After being dumped by her boyfriend, Satuki is ready to hang herself. As she ties the rope and reflects on her life, annoying brats start making a racket behind her. She runs them off only to find an innocent fat boy left behind, who was being bullied and whom she saved. This surprisingly tall, chubby boy wants to repay her by becoming handsome and attractive just like a model, then pretending to be her boyfriend to get back at her ex. But now that he is attractive, Satuki finds herself having strange feelings, uncertain whether she is falling for his new beautiful face or for the chubby boy inside.

That is one of the five stories in this collection. The title story, Gokudou no Oujisama, follows a yakuza heir who hates women. One day a male tutor arrives at his house, and despite his initial resistance, he gradually falls for the tutor's kindness. But the tutor has a secret he cannot tell anyone. Another story, Oujisama no Kaikata, features rich prince Zeroji, who is continually bullied and has lost his memory. This gives someone the chance for revenge in a spirited romantic comedy. The remaining tales, Pet Katte Mimasen ka? and Motto Kikasete..., round out the volume with short romances centered on unexpected relationships and transformations.
