Hina moves back to her old hometown and transfers to North High, hoping for a fresh start. She is unaware of the deep rivalry between the gangs of North High and South High, the school attended by her childhood friend Kanata. During her first week, she is captured by Shuugo, the intimidating leader of a gang, and learns about the Princess Game, a conflict in which she unwillingly becomes a central figure. Kanata, who has confessed his feelings to Hina countless times only to be dismissed as joking, now leads his own gang named after her. A tangled love triangle emerges as Hina finds herself caught between the protective but possessive Kanata and the dangerous, unpredictable Shuugo.
