Ikoma Tōyū is a young kindergarten director struggling to rebuild the Ikoma Nursery School, which has been forced to close. Overwhelmed and out of options, he is approached by a figure from his past—a man named Kyōto T. Jenkins, who claims to have been Tōyū’s student years ago. Tōyū has no memory of ever teaching him. Now the president of an adult goods company, Jenkins offers to provide the financial support needed to save the nursery. In exchange, he proposes that Tōyū become a product tester for his business, blurring the line between professional help and personal entanglement. The story follows Tōyū’s efforts to revive the school while navigating an unexpected and increasingly intimate relationship with a man he cannot recall raising.
