Shizuku Tsukino is the eldest daughter of a long-established kimono shop, but she has lived a miserable life as her parents' affection has been monopolized by her sickly younger sister Rin. Rin takes everything from Shizuku: her first love and even the precious white kimono from their grandmother. On the day of Rin's wedding, Shizuku, alone and in despair, is suddenly attacked by a supernatural being. She is rescued by Kurose Hayato, the head of a prestigious family of individuals with supernatural abilities. The moment she touches Hayato, her body grows hot and she experiences a completely unfamiliar sensation. She soon learns that Hayato is her fated mate, and she is brought into his household as his wife.
