Though a bit of a fool but a hard worker, high school sophomore Suku is the newly elected student council president. He is deeply in love with the reliable vice president, Ririka, yet for some reason the two of them always end up quarreling. One day, Suku finally gathers the courage to confess his feelings to Ririka, but at that exact moment he falls into a time loop. Every time he tries to confess, the loop resets, making it impossible for him to ever date Ririka. The story follows Suku’s desperate attempts to break the cycle and win her heart, blending romantic comedy with science fiction.

As the narrative progresses, the cause of the loop begins to surface. The mystery is tied to an alien named Amari, who has lost all understanding of love and came to Earth to investigate the emotion. Amari becomes fascinated by Suku and develops feelings for him herself, leading her to manipulate events in an effort to make her own love succeed.
