Description
Haruhiko learns that his friend Kyotaro is secretly dating a young elementary school boy named Nao. Nao lost his mother at a young age and lives with his single father, Hirofumi, who struggles to communicate with his son. Kyotaro, afraid that Hirofumi will discover the relationship, persuades Haruhiko to join them on outings as a cover. Haruhiko reluctantly agrees, but as he spends time with the awkward and earnest father, he finds himself developing unexpected feelings for Hirofumi rather than the boy. What begins as a favor for a friend slowly turns into a budding romance between Haruhiko and the older, widowed father.
Two years into their relationship, Haruhiko and Hirofumi are now a committed couple, though they keep their bond a secret from Nao. Their attempts to date are complicated by the need for discretion, leading to constant worry and logistical struggles. Tensions escalate when an arranged marriage proposal suddenly arises for Hirofumi, compounded by a work transfer order that threatens to separate the couple. The story follows their efforts to navigate these mounting obstacles while maintaining their hidden romance and preserving the family unit they have built around Nao. The narrative blends comedic misunderstandings with heartfelt moments, centered on the challenges of an eleven-year age gap, single parenthood, and the delicate balance between love and family responsibilities. A side story, Love Training, is also included, featuring a separate romance involving younger characters.
