Chio Su Ping is a Singaporean voice actress and actress known for her extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series and her roles in local television and theatre productions. She is a graduate of the National University of Singapore's Theatre Studies programme and has built a career spanning over a decade in the performing arts, including work as a drama coach and language trainer.

Her voice acting portfolio is particularly notable for numerous roles in English adaptations of Japanese anime produced for the Singapore market. A prominent example of this work is her contribution to the series Genki Bakuhatsu Ganbaruger, for which she voiced multiple characters: the teacher Aiko Tachibana, as well as Kasumi Kirigakure and Kotarou Kirigakure. Her range in anime dubbing is further demonstrated by her casting as Nagisa Misumi, the lead character Cure Black, in the Singaporean English dub of Pretty Cure. She also provided the voice for Ran Mouri in the 2003 Singaporean English dub of the long-running series Detective Conan. Other anime credits include roles in Digimon Tamers (as Rika Nonaka and Terriermon), Daa! Daa! Daa!, and Shonen Onmyouji, among many others.

Beyond anime, Chio Su Ping has voiced characters in a wide array of animated productions. She is known for voicing the titular character in the long-running children's series Leo the Wildlife Ranger and for her work on shows like Oddbods, Counting with Paula, and Ollie and Friends. Her voice work has also extended to projects for international clients, such as a recurring character in the Al Jazeera Children's Channel series Saladin.

In addition to her voice acting, Chio Su Ping has worked extensively as a writer for television, with credits on numerous episodes of series such as Sunny Side Up, Kin, and Leo the Wildlife Ranger. She has also been involved in the production of English-language dubs in other capacities, such serving as the English Language Editor for the Singaporean dub of Detective Conan. Her career also includes on-screen acting roles in Singaporean television dramas like Code of Law, The Pupil, and Drive Me Crazy, as well as theatre productions, notably playing the matriarch Mrs. Yang in the 2016 staging of the play Family.
