Vilma Borromeo, also known by her full married name Vilma Borromeo Estillore, is a Filipino voice actor and radio drama talent recognized for her extensive work in the Tagalog dubbing of anime television series. Her career is rooted in Philippine radio, where she was a prominent talent for the DZRH drama production, performing in long-running programs such as Ukay-Ukay ni Manang Kikay and Ito ang Palad Ko. This background in radio drama established her as a versatile voice actor, noted for her ability to portray child characters of either gender convincingly.

Borromeo is best known for her role as the titular character in the Tagalog version of the classic anime A Little Princess Sara, a performance that has been described as iconic and deeply affecting by Filipino audiences. Her voice work in this series was so memorable that she later also voiced the character Amelia in a redubbed version of the same show. Another significant early role was providing the voice for Annie, the mother of the protagonist in the Tagalog dub of Little Lord Fauntleroy, known locally as Cedie: Ang Munting Prinsipe.
