Nene Hieda is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency 81 Produce. She was born on January 15, 1997, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Her path to a voice acting career began in 2012 when she participated in the 6th 81 Audition. Out of 1,672 participants, she was selected as a finalist and received a special award, as well as the Shogakukan Award. She officially joined 81 Produce in 2016.

Hieda's career encompasses a wide range of anime television series, video games, and other media. Her first major recurring role was as Momoka Yashiro in the 2018 series Gundam Build Divers. This was followed by a steady progression of notable parts, including Misa Ilioroagu in The Misfit of Demon King Academy (2020) and its second season, and Miyako Muguruma in Warlords of Sigrdrifa (2020). In 2021, she voiced Yuzu Izumi in Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki and starred as the lead character Dōki-chan in the net anime Ganbare Dōki-chan. The following year, she took on roles such as Maika Takatori in CUE!, Ponta in Skeleton Knight in Another World, and Misaki Jinguji (Yellow Gelato) in Love After World Domination. Her recent and upcoming work continues to expand, with roles including Yachiho Azuma in Chained Soldier (2024), Amu in The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World (2023), Rubilia in Re:Monster (2024), Rain in I Left My A-Rank Party (2025), and Kamome Kushima in the anime adaptation of Summer Pockets (2025). She is also part of the cast for the mixed-media project 30MS Around!.

In 2019, Hieda became a member of the voice-acting idol group DIALOGUE+, which performs theme songs for various anime series. Her contributions to the industry were recognized in 2022 when she was one of the recipients of the Best New Actress Award at the 16th Seiyu Awards.
