Brice Armstrong was an American voice actor known for his extensive work in English dubs of anime series, primarily for Funimation. Born on January 3, 1936, in Dallas, Texas, he began his career in radio before transitioning to voiceover work for commercials and animation. His broadcasting contributions were recognized with his induction into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame in 2004. Armstrong retired from voice acting in 2009 and passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 84.

Armstrong is most widely recognized for his numerous roles within the Dragon Ball franchise. He served as the narrator for the original Dragon Ball series and its associated films. In Dragon Ball Z, he provided the voice for several iconic characters, including the leader of the Ginyu Force, Captain Ginyu, and the villainous Lord Slug. His work in the series also extended to Dragon Ball GT, where he voiced the character Sugoro. Beyond Dragon Ball, he took on a significant role as Dr. Tim Marcoh in the 2003 series Fullmetal Alchemist.
