Marisa Leal is a Brazilian actress, voice actress, dubbing director, and voice-over artist with a career spanning several decades. Born Marisa Barbosa Leal on September 14, 1958, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she began her career in 1980 and has since become a prominent figure in Brazilian dubbing, known for lending her voice to a wide array of characters in animation, television series, and films.

Her extensive voice work in anime is notable for its range, encompassing leading roles, child characters, and narration. In the original video animation Casshan: Robot Hunter Casshern, she provided the narration. She voiced the character Hagar in the anime series In The Beginning - The Bible Stories. One of her prominent leading roles in anime is the title character, Mirmo, in the popular series Mirmo Zibang!. She is also recognized for voicing Minmey in the Portuguese dubs of series from the Robotech and Macross franchises, including The Super Dimension Fortress Macross. Her other anime credits include the role of Dina in Glitter Force Doki Doki, Laura in Hamtaro, Wendy in Peter Pan & Wendy, and Ryoko Tachibana in Tokyo Revengers, among many others.

Beyond her specific anime roles, Leal's career demonstrates recurring collaborations within the Brazilian dubbing industry. She has also worked extensively as a dubbing director, notably on the Portuguese version of the anime series Hamtaro.
