Lionel Bourguet is a Belgian actor and voice director, born on November 7, 1970, in Uccle, Belgium. He is widely recognized for his extensive work in the dubbing of anime and live-action series into French.

Bourguet is most known for providing the French voice of Kakashi Hatake across the Naruto franchise. His portrayal of the character spans the original Naruto series, its sequel Naruto Shippūden, and numerous films including Naruto and the Princess of the Snow, Mission: Special at the Land of the Moon, The Lost Tower, Blood Prison, and Road to Ninja. He also voiced the character in the special Naruto: Battle at Hidden Falls. I Am the Hero! and video games such as Naruto: Rise of a Ninja.

His other prominent anime roles include Shiryū du Dragon in Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary, the doctor in the animated film Dead Leaves, and Masa Ishikawa in Immortal Grand Prix. He voiced Flint in the 2005 dub of Animal Treasure Island. Bourguet's voice work also includes Fullbody, Dr. Hiluluk, and Dorry in One Piece, Régis Chen in Pokémon, and Zagato in Magic Knight Rayearth. He has taken on roles in Yu-Gi-Oh! as Raphael and in D.Gray-man as Commander Reever Wenham.

In addition to acting, Bourguet works as a voice director, a role in which he was responsible for the French adaptation of the series Groove High and the film A Letter to Momo. He frequently collaborates with his wife, fellow voice actress and director Guylaine Gibert.
