He has been active in the voice acting industry for over 35 years, lending his voice to numerous characters across anime, audio dramas, and video games. His work is primarily in the German-language dubbing of international productions.

Rosenberg has portrayed a wide variety of characters, often in supporting or secondary roles. In the anime series Baki Hanma, he provides the voice for the Elderly Inmate. He is also the German voice of Slightly in the animated series Peter Pan & Wendy.
