Toshinari Fukamachi is a Japanese voice actor born on August 29 in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Apte Pro. His hobbies and interests include playing the guitar, skiing, and video games.

Fukamachi began his voice acting career in 2010, securing his first role in the television anime Metal Fight Beyblade. In the years following his debut, he built experience by voicing a variety of minor and supporting characters in numerous series. These early roles included appearances in productions such as Flowers of Evil, Magical Warfare, and Nisekoi.

A significant turning point in his career came in 2017 with his role as Gembu Kurono in the multimedia franchise The Idolmaster SideM, a part he has reprised across various games, CDs, and live performances. His first leading role arrived in 2019 when he was cast as the protagonist Hajime Nagumo in the anime adaptation of Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest. This performance became one of his most recognized works, and he continued to voice the character in the series' second season in 2022 and its third season in 2024.

Following his breakout role, Fukamachi has taken on several other main characters in fantasy anime. In 2022, he voiced the protagonist Ard Meteor in The Greatest Demon Lord is Reborn as a Typical Nobody. Notably, in the same series, he also portrayed the character Disaster Rogue, an antagonist who is a darker version of the hero from a parallel world. In 2023, he took on the role of Kazushi Tatsuishi in the period drama My Happy Marriage.

Beyond these lead roles, his filmography includes a wide range of supporting characters. He voiced Hatz in the Korean adaptation Tower of God in 2020 and Shuhei Yonezuka in the short-form comedy Ao-chan Can't Study! in 2019. He has also been active in various video games, including The King of Fighters for Girls as Andy Bogard, and has participated in drama CDs and stage readings. In 2024, he was featured in the Japanese dub of the anime Rick and Morty: The Anime.

In July 2024, Fukamachi released his first photobook, titled Boku to Kimi, published by KADOKAWA.
