Ryo Yoshizawa is a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Amuse Inc. He was born in Tokyo on February 1, 1994, and began his entertainment career in 2009 after winning an audition held by his agency. His early career featured prominent roles in tokusatsu, most notably as Ryusei Sakuta, the secondary hero Kamen Rider Meteor, in the 2011-2012 series Kamen Rider Fourze. This role provided him with his first experience in automated dialogue replacement and voice work for a character.

While primarily known for his extensive live-action work in film and television, Yoshizawa has also contributed his voice to anime projects. In 2019, he voiced the lead role of Shinnosuke Kanomura, also known as Shinno, in the animated film Her Blue Sky. He took on another significant anime film role in 2021, providing the voice for the original character Rody Soul in My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. He has expressed a strong personal connection to this character, feeling a unique suitability for the part.

Yoshizawa has demonstrated a willingness to collaborate with fellow actors across multiple projects. For instance, he has worked with actor Shota Okada in several films, including the Tokyo Revengers live-action series.
