Alan Prieto is a Mexican voice actor born on September 17, 1984, in Saltillo, Coahuila. He began his career in voice dubbing in 2001. His training includes studying voice dubbing, acting, and broadcasting at the Allegro school under Love Santini, and he also pursued studies in economics at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) in Azcapotzalco. In addition to his work in dubbing, he has also worked in radio broadcasting.

Prieto is well-known for his extensive work in anime dubbing for the Latin American Spanish market. He is particularly recognized for his long-standing association with the Pokémon franchise. He took over the role of Brock starting from the tenth season of the animated series, specifically from episode ten and then consistently from episode twenty-one onward through the twelfth season. He also voiced Brock in several Pokémon films, including Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai, Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea, and Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life. Beyond Brock, his other significant roles in this universe include Lysandre in Pokémon Evolutions and Pokémon XYZ, and Jimmy in Pokémon Chronicles.

Another major role in his career is that of Shun of Andromeda in the Saint Seiya franchise. He voiced the character in the OVA series Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary, as well as in its后续 installments, Inferno and Elysion.

His other notable anime credits are numerous and span a wide variety of series. He voiced Chyron in The Animatrix segment Matriculated, Tsubasa in Destiny of the Shrine Maiden, and Izuru Kira in Bleach. His filmography also includes roles in One-Punch Man as Kanirante, Children of the Whales as Suou, and Nathan Mahler in Blood+. He has contributed to major shonen series with roles in Naruto, Eyeshield 21, and Super Eleven (Inazuma Eleven).
