Active in the entertainment industry since the late 1970s, he built a prolific career spanning animation, video games, and live-action dubbing, becoming a prominent figure in French voice acting.
Peter's work in anime was extensive, with his deep and powerful voice bringing a wide array of characters to life. He was the French voice of Magenta, the commander of the revived Red Ribbon Army, in the film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. His involvement in the Dragon Ball franchise also included roles in Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball Z Kai, and various specials, where he voiced characters such as Bergamo, Nappa, and Dodoria.
