Toni Sevilla is a Spanish actor born in Barcelona in 1949, with an extensive career in theatre, film, television, and voice acting. He is a founding member of the Teatre Lliure in Barcelona, underscoring his deep roots in the performing arts. While he gained national recognition for his on-screen roles in television series such as El cor de la ciutat and Policías, en el corazón de la calle, Sevilla has also built a prolific career as a voice actor, particularly for dubs in the Catalan language. His fluency in Catalan has made him a prominent figure in the region's dubbing industry, lending his voice to a wide array of characters in animation and live-action films.

Sevilla's voice work in anime is extensive and includes several iconic roles. He is well-known for providing the Catalan voice for Captain Harlock in the film Arcadia of My Youth, a role he performed as both Capità Harlock and Phantom F. Harlock II. His association with the character also extends to the series Arcadia of My Youth. In the Studio Ghibli film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea, he voiced the character Fujimoto, Ponyo's father.
