Garret Storms is an American voice actor widely recognized for his work in English dubs of anime series, primarily associated with Funimation and Crunchyroll. His career is rooted in a strong foundation in theater, which he brings to his voice performances. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and has been an active and prolific stage actor and director in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, working with numerous companies including Stage West, where he also serves as an Associate Producer. This extensive background in live performance has contributed to his versatility and presence in voice acting.

Storms has lent his voice to a wide array of characters across many popular anime franchises. He is known for his role as the future Shadow Dragon Rogue Cheney in the long-running series Fairy Tail and as the dragon Fafnir in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S. In the world of One Piece, he has voiced multiple characters, including the pirate Hamburg in the film One Piece Stampede. He has also taken on leading and supporting roles in various genres, such as the competitive Haruhisa Kuribayashi in the sports anime Aoashi, the conflicted magic user Gewalt in How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega, and Rintaro Futsu in the coming-of-age story Stars Align.
