David Trosko is a Texas-based voice actor and ADR director known for his extensive work with Funimation, where he has been featured in hundreds of anime titles over a career spanning more than fourteen years. He has become a recognizable voice in the English dubbing industry, contributing to a wide range of series across various genres.

Among his most recognized roles is Spain in the long-running and popular Hetalia franchise. He voiced the character in Hetalia: World Stars, the 2021 anime series, with the English dub produced and streamed by Funimation. His association with the series goes back further, as he was also part of the English dub cast for earlier episodes, such as Episode 94 of Hetalia: World Series. Another key role is Georgi Popovich in the critically acclaimed series Yuri!!! On Ice. He also provided the voice for Guren Ichinose in Seraph of the End and Present Mic in My Hero Academia.

The actor has voiced a diverse array of other characters. In the fantasy series The Legend of the Legendary Heroes, he played the role of Lach Velariore. He took on the character Dennis in the comedy mecha anime Daimidaler: Prince vs. Penguin Empire.
