Fuko Saito is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the agency JTB Entertainment. She was born on August 28, 1984, in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. Her interest in voice acting was sparked in her childhood by the puppet show Hyokkori Hyoutan-jima, and she later honed her performance skills in drama clubs during middle and high school, where she often played male roles. After graduating from high school, she moved to Tokyo to attend university while also enrolling in a voice acting training school.

Saito made her professional debut in 2009. Her early career included roles in several television anime series that year, such as the character Rubis in Kiddy Girl-and and Girl Number 1 in Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzū. The following year, she gained further recognition for her role as Shiina in the acclaimed series Angel Beats!.

Saito is perhaps best known for her work in the Assassination Classroom franchise. She provided the voice for Kirara Hazama, a gloomy student with a penchant for dark stories and spiders, in the main Assassination Classroom television anime series. She reprised this role in the 2016 compilation film Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time and its comedic spin-off, Koro Sensei Quest!. In 2015, she voiced the character Zan in the anime series Heroes: Legend of the Battle Disks. Other notable roles from this period include Gōda in Fw:Hamatora and continuing her role as Mylene in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia.

Her film credits include a role in the 2020 compilation film Revue Starlight Rondo Rondo Rondo, where she voiced Judy Knightley, a character she also played in the original 2018 television series. Her work also extends to video games and dubbing for foreign films and Western animations. For instance, she is the Japanese voice of Cole in the Lego Ninjago series and movies. She has also contributed to audio book narration for projects like The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash.

Throughout her career, which began in 2009, Saito has demonstrated versatility by voicing a wide range of characters, from energetic and boyish girls to deeply emotional and even vengeful personalities. She continues to be active in the voice acting industry, with recent roles including Chihiro Masuo in Blue Orchestra in 2025.
