Timmo Niesner is a German actor who works extensively as a voice actor, dialogue book author, and dialogue director. He was born in Berlin in 1971 and began his acting career as a child, achieving recognition at the age of twelve in the German television series Ich heirate eine Familie. His primary body of work is in German dubbing, where he provides the German-language voice for actors in international film and television productions, as well as for characters in animated series and video games.

In the field of anime and animation, Niesner has contributed his voice to several notable series. He is the German voice for the character Eduardo Petrov in the 2020 Netflix anime series Cagaster of an Insect Cage. Other prominent anime roles include Ken Ichijoji, also known as the Digimon Kaiser, in Digimon Adventure 02, and Kintaro Oe in Golden Boy. He also voiced Kakyō Kuzuki in the series X and Parn in Record of Lodoss War. His work extends to providing the German voice for the character WALL·E in the Pixar film of the same name.
