Vítor Emanuel Pinheiro Garção da Silva is a Portuguese actor and voice actor, born in Lisbon on February 18, 1972. He studied actor training at the University of Lisbon and began his professional career in 1990 after successfully auditioning for the RTP television series Os Melhores Anos. His work in dubbing began in the late 1990s, and he has since become a prominent figure in the Portuguese voice acting landscape.

Emanuel's voice acting portfolio is extensive, encompassing a wide variety of characters in animated films and television series. In the realm of anime, he is widely recognized for his multiple roles within the My Hero Academia franchise. He voices the students Fumikage Tokoyami and his quirk, Dark Shadow, as well as the teacher Shota Aizawa (Eraser Head) across the main series. His work on the property extends to the films My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, and My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission, where he continued to voice Tokoyami and, in the case of Heroes Rising, also voiced Aizawa. His other notable anime credits include the dual role of Sokka and Zuko in Avatar: The Legend of Aang, the voice of Kai Hiwatari in the original Beyblade series and its sequels, and a long-running association with the Power Rangers franchise, voicing numerous characters across many seasons, such as Zhane, Ryan Mitchell, and multiple Ranger leads.
