Maresa Sedlmeir is a German voice actress who has lent her voice to numerous characters in anime series and films for the German-language market. Born on January 24, 1995, she began her voice acting work in childhood and grew up near Munich. She pursued higher education in North American studies, cultural studies, and cultural journalism at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, the Theater Academy August Everding, and the University of Television and Film Munich. She comes from a family of actors, being the niece of comedian and actor Christian Tramitz, the sister of actors Paul and Pirmin Sedlmeir, and the great-granddaughter of folk actor Paul Hörbiger.

In the realm of anime, Sedlmeir is recognized for a range of roles. She voiced Koharu Hondoumachi in the psychological mystery series ID: INVADED. For the fantasy comedy Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, she took on the role of the goddess Adenela. She also provided the German voice for the character Nadia in the animated film Resident Evil: Vendetta, and for Kokone Morikawa in the anime film Napping Princess. Fans of the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal series know her as the voice of the feline advisor Luna in its third season. Her other anime credits include Benio Hanamura in Haikara-San: Here Comes Miss Modern Part 1, as well as roles in works such as Violet Evergarden and the series The Walking Dead's anime adaptation, The Walking Dead.

She is notably the official German dubbing voice for actresses Bella Thorne and Dove Cameron, voicing CeCe Jones in Shake It Up – Tanzen ist alles for the former and Liv and Maddie Rooney in Liv und Maddie for the latter. Her film dubbing includes roles for Mal in the Descendants film series and for Hailee Steinfeld's portrayal of Emily Dickinson in the series Dickinson. She has also contributed to popular series such as Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, and Charmed.

Sedlmeir's work has been recognized with a German Acting Award, which she received in September 2023 in the category "Die Stimme" (The Voice). She frequently collaborates with the Munich-based post-production company alpha Postproduktion, where many of her anime dubbing projects, including ID: INVADED and Cautious Hero, have been recorded under the direction of Daniel Schlauch.
