Josh Phillips is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series, with a career spanning from the early 2000s. He began voicing characters in anime around 2000 and 2001, with early roles including Genzo Somemiya in NieA under 7 and Kyosuke Aoki in I My Me! Strawberry Eggs. In 2002, he provided the voice for Hyohko in Haibane Renmei. He also voiced Jan Valentine in the Hellsing anime and its subsequent OVA series.

Phillips is most prominently recognized for his long-running role as Genjou Kakouton in the Ikki Tousen franchise. He first voiced the character in the initial 2003 series and continued in subsequent installments, including Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians, and Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecutor. He also voiced the character in the 2011 special Ikki Tousen: Shugaku Toshi Keppu-roku. His work on Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians was part of a dub produced by Funimation and New Generation Pictures, which reunited much of the cast from previous seasons. Beyond his lead roles, Phillips has also contributed additional voices to various series, further demonstrating his range as a performer in the anime dubbing industry.
