Mia Naruse is a Japanese voice actress and illustrator from Tokyo, born on February 11. Before becoming a voice actor, she worked part-time at the anime goods store Gamers and at cosplay cafes. She is a returnee from Venezuela, having attended a Japanese school in Caracas for about four years until the sixth grade.

Her career has been primarily focused on providing voices for characters in adult games and their anime adaptations. She is also a skilled SD (super deformed) original artist, contributing illustrations for several game projects and websites. On April 30, 2010, Naruse announced a pause on her voice acting activities. During this period, she continued to work, focusing on her illustration and using various pseudonyms. She publicly announced her return to voice acting on April 16, 2013, and revealed many of the aliases she had used, including Saya Hirayama, Haruka Kasahara, and others.

Naruse is known for her extensive list of voice roles. Some of her notable performances include Azuki in the Nekopara series, Otoha and Hinata Kagura in H2O: Footprints in the Sand, Mitsugu Tsukushino in both Boin and Resort Boin, Rinia in Moekan, Roco Co in Jiburiru: Second Coming, and Yū Shirakawa in Anejiru The Animation - Shirakawa Sanshimai ni Omakase. Beyond these, her filmography is extensive, featuring roles in numerous other titles such as Happiness! as Anri Hiiragi, _summer as Hinako Nanao, and many others.

Beyond voice acting, Naruse has also contributed as an illustration assistant and production staff on projects like the 16bit Sensation: Another Layer television series. She has a reputation for being friendly with fellow voice actors and has collaborated frequently with colleagues such as Oto Agumi. In December 2018, she expanded her activities to become a virtual YouTuber, debuting as the character Miazo (みあぞー), for whom she also drew the virtual形象. She initially partnered with fellow voice actor Tomoe Tamiyasu in a channel called Miatami before continuing as a solo VTuber in 2021.
