Ikumi Nakagami is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on June 18th. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aksent. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, she aspired to be a少女漫画家, or girls' manga artist. She is a graduate of the Tokyo Announcement Academy and is a seventh-generation graduate of the Aksent-affiliated voice actor training school, Shine.

Nakagami's debut voice role was in 2008 for the anime series Koihime Muso. Her breakthrough role came in 2012 when she was cast as Yukari Akiyama in the popular multimedia franchise Girls und Panzer. She has continued to voice this character across numerous subsequent installments, including the film Girls und Panzer der Film, the OVA Girls und Panzer: This is the Real Anzio Battle!, and the ongoing six-part cinematic series Girls und Panzer das Finale. The role became so closely associated with her that in 2014, she provided the voice for a Japanese television commercial for the film Fury, narrated in-character as Yukari Akiyama.

In 2017, Nakagami joined another major franchise, BanG Dream!, as the voice of Maya Yamato. Maya Yamato is the drummer for the in-universe band Pastel Palettes. She has voiced the character in nearly every iteration of the franchise, including the main BanG Dream! anime television series, the spin-off Pastel Life, the short-form comedy series BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico and its sequels, and the animated concert films BanG Dream! FILM LIVE and BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage. She also voices the character in the franchise's popular mobile game, BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!.

Beyond these two signature roles, Nakagami has built a diverse portfolio of voice work. Her other notable anime roles include Keiko Totsugawa, also known as Pink Lovely Doom, in Futari wa Milky Holmes, Io Mizusawa in White Album 2, and Yumecancchi in Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream. She has also lent her voice to numerous video games, such as Freedom Wars, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy, and Ray Gigant.

Nakagami is known to have several talents outside of voice acting, holding a first-grade certification in calligraphy and possessing skills in illustration, piano, and cooking. Her early aspiration to be a manga artist came to fruition in a small way when she contributed to the Girls & Panzer: Comic Anthology.
