Nami Kurokawa is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on January 25, 1980, in Osaka Prefecture. Her journey into voice acting began after high school when she learned about a new voice acting school through an anime magazine. She enrolled and graduated from the Amusement Media Academy in 2000, making her voice acting debut in 2001 as Mamoru Sanjōji in the anime Dennō Bōkenki Webdiver.

Kurokawa is perhaps best known for her long-running role as Kan'u Unchō (the character based on Guan Yu) in the Koihime Musō franchise. She voiced the character in all three anime adaptations—Koihime Musō, Shin Koihime Musō, and Shin Koihime Musō: Otome Tairan—as well as in several associated video games. Her involvement with the series also extended to music, as she was a member of the voice acting unit Momozono no Sanshimai, which performed the ending theme song for Shin Koihime Musō in 2009.

Beyond this signature role, Kurokawa has built a substantial career across anime, video games, and original video animations. Her notable anime credits include Tamaki Konomiya in the Da Capo franchise, Sayaka Hozumi in Brighter than the Dawning Blue (Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na), Raika in Demonbane, Flora Koiwai in Nanatsuiro Drops, and Takako Kakuzawa in Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight!. She also provided voices for Miyuki Sawamura in D.N.Angel, Megumi Shōji in La Corda d'Oro, and Mutsumi Sendou in The Qwaser of Stigmata.

Her work in the video game medium is equally extensive. She voiced Chelinka in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates, Olivia in Growlanser II, Rami in Summon Night 4, and both Scheherazade and Kamikirimusi in Soulcalibur IV. For her performances in adult visual novels, she is credited under the alias Mina Motoyama.
