Rachele Paolelli is an Italian voice actor known for her work dubbing anime series and films for the Italian market. She is the daughter of actress and voice actor Sonia Scotti, placing her within a family of Italian dubbing artists that includes her brother Mario Alessandro Paolelli and her stepfather, the late Vittorio Amandola.

Paolelli has built a substantial career, providing the Italian voices for a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime series. She is particularly recognized for her long-standing role as Karen Minatsuki, the intelligent and calm student council president who transforms into Cure Aqua, in the Pretty Cure franchise. She voiced this character in the television series Yes! Precure 5 and Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!, as well as in the associated films Yes! Precure 5: Kagami no Kuni no Miracle Daibōken! and Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! Okashi no Kuni no Happy Birthday.
