Shigeru Shibuya is a Japanese voice actor born on July 11, 1960, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab.

Shibuya has built a career spanning several decades, with his first credited appearance in the 1989 series Ranma ½. His filmography includes a wide range of roles in anime television series, films, and OVAs from the 1990s through the 2020s. Among his notable early leading roles is Gene Starwind in the 1998 space opera series Outlaw Star. He also voiced the character Eiji in the 2004 music anime Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad.
