Natsumi Hioka is a Japanese voice actress born on July 15, 1991, in Hokkaido, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab. Her interest in a career in voice acting developed during high school after watching late-night anime, including series such as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Macross Frontier, and Eden of the East.
