Stéphane Pelzer is a Belgian actor born on February 3, 1977, who specializes in dubbing, particularly the French-language voices for animated series and films. He is a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, having completed his studies there in 2001.

Pelzer is known for his extensive work in the dubbing of various anime series. He has voiced characters across multiple series in the Beyblade franchise, including the role of Hyoma in Metal Fight Beyblade VS Taiyō Shakunetsu no Shinryakusha and the Metal Fight Beyblade series, Ryan Gladstone in BeyWheelz: Powered by Beyblade, Flame in BeyWarriors: BeyRaiderz, and Genjuro Kamegaki in Beyblade Shogun Steel. His work extends to other major anime franchises, where he has provided voices for numerous secondary characters. These include roles in Inazuma Eleven, such as Sam Kincaid and Hector Hélio, various characters in the Digimon and Pokémon series, and contributions to Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL.
