Chie Matsuura is a Japanese voice actress born on October 1, 1980, in Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. Her aspiration to become a voice actor began in elementary school, a goal she notably wrote about in her graduation essay. To pursue this career, she graduated from the Broadcasting Voice Acting Department at Tokyo Announce Gakuin and completed her training at the Mausu Promotion affiliated acting school, officially joining the agency in 2003.
