Shizuka Hasegawa is a Japanese voice actress born on September 16, 1988, in Tokyo, Japan. She began her career in 2001 and was affiliated with the talent agency Space Craft Entertainment. Her debut role was as Nana in the anime series Angel Tales, also known as Tenshi no Shippo.

Hasegawa is known for a number of anime roles in the 2000s. She played the role of Tama Hieda in the 2002 series Shrine of the Morning Mist. In 2006, she voiced the character Tomohane in Inukami!. One of her most recognized roles is Yutaka Kobayakawa in the popular 2007 series Lucky Star, a part she also reprised for the series OVA. Her other notable television anime roles include Ruru Hinagiku in both Futakoi and Futakoi Alternative, Yukino in Nagasarete Airantō, and Akane Miura in Rocket Girls. Her filmography also includes roles in Whistle! as Miyuki Sakurai, Sumomomo Momomo as Koganei Tenchi, and the live-action adaptation of Negima! Magister Negi Magi as Misora Kasuga.

Throughout her career, Hasegawa was part of a cohort of voice actors who frequently collaborated. She was a contemporary of fellow voice actress Aya Hirano, and they appeared together in several series, including Angel Tales, Inukami!, and Lucky Star, where Hirano voiced Hasegawa's character's cousin, Konata Izumi. Hasegawa was also active in radio and other media. She was part of the voice acting unit Puppy's and hosted several radio programs, such as Dengeki G's Radio and Fujimi Teenage Fan Club. Her voice acting work became less frequent after 2007, and she left her agency in 2013 to pursue a career as an independent entertainer.
