Shigeo Kiyama is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on September 27, 1973, in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society, commonly known as Haikyō. Kiyama began his training at the Haikyō Theatre Research Institute in 2002 and officially joined the agency in 2009. He possesses a low baritone voice and is a native Kansai dialect speaker. His personal interests include billiards, bowling, and video games.

Kiyama has built a substantial career in anime, providing voices for a wide array of characters across numerous popular series. In the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise, he is known for his role as Ramba Ral in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin: Advent of the Red Comet and other installments of The Origin series. He has also contributed to various other Gundam titles, such as Mobile Suit Gundam AGE and Gundam Reconguista in G. He has a recurring presence in the Battle Spirits franchise, voicing characters like Hansoro in Battle Spirits Saikyō Ginga Ultimate Zero, Yoroi in Battle Spirits: Double Drive, and Avares Revo in Battle Spirits: Kakumei no Galette. Further demonstrating his range, his anime roles include Kurisu Ōtomo Teito in Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045, Jack Norman in Ingress: The Animation, Walter in Tiger & Bunny, Gigi in Ristorante Paradiso, Yoshiaki Sakaki in Salaryman's Club, and various characters in long-running series such as Gintama and One Piece.
