Manatsu Murakami is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on August 24, 1999, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce and is also a member of the voice actress idol group Dialogue+. Murakami stands 157 cm tall and has blood type O.

Murakami's path to voice acting was inspired by the performances of Miyuki Sawashiro in the anime series Hunter x Hunter and Kokoro Connect. She pursued this interest by enrolling in the Japan Narration Actor Institute. Her high school background included participation in the light music club, where she played guitar, an experience that contributed to her musical career. She joined the agency Arise Project in 2018, marking the start of her professional career, before later moving to 81 Produce.

Her career includes a significant musical component as a founding member of the idol group Dialogue+, which was formed in 2019 under the Pony Canyon record label. The group performs theme songs for various anime series, providing Murakami with a platform that combines her voice acting and singing talents.

Murakami's filmography features a range of notable anime roles. In 2021, she voiced Yuki Mitsuya in the critically acclaimed mystery series Odd Taxi and reprised the role for its 2022 film adaptation, Odd Taxi: In the Woods. She landed her first leading role in 2022 as the energetic and optimistic Komichi Akebi in Akebi's Sailor Uniform. That same year, she also played Yuzuha Kujō in the anime adaptation of the mixed-media project Cue!. Other roles from this period include Maki Sakamizu in My Stepmom's Daughter Is My Ex and Miyabi Kuromiya in Black Summoner. Her work has continued with parts in series such as I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!?, The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord's Army Was a Human, and Momentary Lily. Beyond anime, her voice can be heard in video games like Azur Lane, where she voiced HMS Plymouth, and Blue Archive, as Yukari Kadenokōji.
