Description
Kouyou Kotesashi enters Seiwa University High School, a renowned institution for elite athletes, with a clear goal: to become a sports doctor. Coming from a family with limited financial means, he secures a live-in position as the caretaker of a dormitory on campus. Upon arrival, he discovers the dorm is home to five talented but troubled female athletes: Aroma Kusunoki, a prickly basketball player; Aoba Kitahara, a flirtatious soccer player; Izumi Sumiyoshi, a swimmer who secretly wants to draw manga; Chiyo Sayamagaoka, a table tennis player and online gamer; and Miyuki Hongou, the strong and stoic captain of the volleyball team. Despite their initial skepticism about a male caretaker, Kotesashi demonstrates his worth by using his exceptional knowledge of human anatomy and massage techniques. A single touch allows him to diagnose their physical ailments, from misaligned hips to the effects of overtraining, and provide effective treatment. The school chairman, impressed and an acquaintance of Kotesashi's father, offers him a scholarship to the medical program on one condition: he must keep these five star athletes in peak physical condition and manage their well-being.

The narrative follows Kotesashi as he navigates his dual role as a medic and a dorm manager. Each athlete presents a unique challenge. In early arcs, he treats Aroma's recurring injuries and helps Aoba with her underdeveloped muscle tone, leading to misunderstandings due to the intensely pleasurable and often embarrassing effects his massages have on the recipients. A recurring comedic element is Kotesashi's complete professional obliviousness to the girls' reactions, as he was trained to shut off his libido to focus on treatment. His methods, while effective, frequently create awkward and ecchi-filled situations. The dormitory, Maplie Lies, becomes the central setting where these interactions unfold, alongside the athletic fields and pools where the girls train.

A notable narrative arc involves Izumi Sumiyoshi, who threatens to quit swimming due to performance anxiety. Kotesashi must use both his therapeutic skills to relieve her physical tension and his growing understanding of her psychology to restore her confidence. Another significant conflict comes from Vice Principal Shiraoka, who is obsessed with maintaining public order and becomes convinced Kotesashi is a pervert taking advantage of his position. She launches a campaign to get him expelled, forcing Kotesashi to prove his professionalism while dodging the increasingly bold romantic advances of the athletes, as dorm rules strictly forbid coupling. The story blends sports rehabilitation comedy with harem tropes, as Kotesashi remains focused on his scholarship goal while unintentionally becoming the object of desire for the girls he is sworn to protect and heal.
