Kouyou Kotesashi enters Seiwa University High School, a renowned institution for elite athletes, with a clear goal: to become a sports doctor. Coming from a family with limited financial means, he secures a live-in position as the caretaker of a dormitory on campus. Upon arrival, he discovers the dorm is home to five talented but troubled female athletes: Aroma Kusunoki, a prickly basketball player; Aoba Kitahara, a flirtatious soccer player; Izumi Sumiyoshi, a swimmer who secretly wants to draw manga; Chiyo Sayamagaoka, a table tennis player and online gamer; and Miyuki Hongou, the strong and stoic captain of the volleyball team.
