"I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!?" centers on the life of a modern-day salaryman, Shingo, whose mundane routine is disrupted when a kunoichi (female ninja) named Shinobu from the Warring States period suddenly appears in his apartment. Shinobu, a skilled but socially inept ninja, is transported to the present day due to a mysterious time-traveling incident. Shingo, an otaku with a penchant for collecting anime figures and memorabilia, finds himself reluctantly sharing his space with this anachronistic guest.
Shinobu struggles to adapt to contemporary life, often misunderstanding modern technology and societal norms, which leads to comedic situations.
