Patricia Duran is an American voice actor based in Houston, Texas, known for her work in English dubs of Japanese anime series. Before becoming involved in anime, she accumulated over twenty years of experience as a professional stage actor, performing locally in Houston, regionally, and in New York City. Her early venture into voice-over work occurred in the early 2000s with ADV Films, but she became more actively involved in anime配音 in 2016 after returning to her hometown, where she developed a passion for the craft.

Duran has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across numerous anime series produced by studios like Sentai Filmworks. She is frequently cast in supporting and lead roles, often for HIDIVE and Sentai Filmworks English dubs. Some of her most recognized roles include the goddess Freya in the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? franchise, Helga in Vinland Saga, Hina Tachibana in Domestic Girlfriend, and the title character Princess Charlotte in Princess Principal. She also voiced Nuinokata in Dororo, Hikari Kagura in Revue Starlight, and Chisato Shirasagi in BanG Dream!. Her other notable credits include Mernes in I'm Quitting Heroing, Julia Katsushika in Doreiku The Animation, Shenfa Zwitoque in Assassins Pride, Erika Meinohama in Chidori RSC, and Kazuna Nishizono in Food Wars! The Second Plate.

Beyond her work in anime, Duran has a strong foundation in theatre. She is a founding company member of Mildred's Umbrella Theatre Company, a Houston-based organization that aims to promote the empowerment of women in the performing arts. Her contributions to theatre have been recognized with awards, including the 2020 Houston Press Award for Best Everywhere We Looked Player and the 2019 Best Actress award for her role in The Hunchback of Seville. She has also been featured in American Theatre magazine as one of 20 Theatre Workers You Should Know. Through her work in both anime and theatre, Duran has frequently collaborated with a circle of other Houston-based voice actors, including Brittney Karbowski, Luci Christian, and John Gremillion.
