She began her journey in performance arts at a young age, starting with theater at five years old, which laid the foundation for her later career in voice acting. Encouraged by her voice coach, she pursued opportunities in the anime industry and eventually began auditioning for roles.

Hoch is most recognized for her portrayal of the Amazon adventurer Tiona Hiryute within the "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" franchise. She first voiced the character in the spin-off series "Sword Oratoria: Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? On the Side" and later reprised the role for the feature film "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?: Arrow of the Orion". Her involvement in the franchise also connects her with Sentai Filmworks, the production company behind the English dubs for these titles.
