Cat Thomas is the professional name of American voice actress Catherine M. Thomas, who works primarily in English dubs of anime series. Born in Texarkana, Texas, she developed an interest in performance during a fourth-grade stage production of Romeo and Juliet. She later graduated from the University of Houston and completed training with the Young Audiences of Houston Arts Learning Lab. Thomas made her voice acting debut with Sentai Studios in 2018 and is also a founder of the local production company Says Who? Productions.

Thomas is known for a wide range of anime roles, often voicing characters with distinct personalities. One of her most prominent and enduring roles is Yui Yuigahama in all seasons of the romantic comedy series My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, including its climax. She also voices Moca Aoba in the music-themed series BanG Dream!. In fantasy and adventure genres, her credits include Salacha Schicksal in Assassins Pride, Wiene in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? III, and Raika in Hakumei and Mikochi. Her work spans multiple other series, such as Itsuki Sumeragi in Kakegurui, Chito in Girls Last Tour, Hibari Nigusa in 7Seeds, Kiriko Masai in Revue Starlight, and Anne in both Mysteria Friends and later seasons of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma.

In addition to her primary filmography, Thomas has taken on credited roles under a different name. She was credited as Cate Smyth for her performances as Karin Istel in Love Flops and Sharuami Rafaed in Helck. More recent roles include Koyuki Yoshidomi in Oshi no Ko season 2 and Emi in Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night. Throughout her career, Thomas has frequently collaborated with Sentai Filmworks and its associated studios, contributing to numerous English dub productions from the late 2010s onward. Her work has been featured in interviews discussing her experiences behind the mic for series like My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU and Manaria Friends.
