Hina Kino is a Japanese voice actress born on February 12, 1997, in Saitama Prefecture. She has been active in the industry since 2014 and is affiliated with the talent agency Amuleto. Kino stands at a height of 147 cm.

Kino's interest in anime and manga began in early childhood, with a particular fondness for series such as One Piece and Daily Lives of High School Boys. Her awareness of voice acting as a career path developed during her junior high school years after watching a talk show produced by the gaming magazine Famitsu. This interest was further solidified by watching the film One Piece: Episode of Chopper: Bloom in the Winter, Miracle Sakura, leading her to decide on a voice acting career upon entering high school.

She enrolled in a voice acting training school during her third year of high school. Kino made her professional debut in 2014 with a role in the video game Thousand Memories, a part for which she prepared by rigorous practice due to her nervousness. Her first anime role followed the same year, as a waitress in an episode of A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd.

In 2016, Kino landed her first main anime role as Sylvia Silkcut in the series Hybrid × Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia. This was followed by a steady stream of notable performances, including the character Collon in the 2017 series WorldEnd. The year 2018 was significant, as she took on the roles of Sayaka Itomi in Katana Maidens: Toji No Miko and Hanako Honda in the comedy series Asobi Asobase. For Asobi Asobase, she and her co-stars performed the series' opening and closing theme songs, "Three Piece" and "Inkya Impulse". Her career has since continued to expand with a wide variety of characters.

Kino's filmography includes a vast number of anime roles, demonstrating her range and frequency of work. Some of her many roles, as listed across various sources, include Fuwa in the Star Twinkle Precure franchise, Funicia Raffaëlli in Astra Lost in Space, Ranka Okami in Seton Academy: Join the Pack!, and the twin characters Mero and Miro in Isekai Cheat Magician. She voiced Anya Simonyan in Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut, Kuurun in PuniRunes, Fa in RPG Real Estate, Rorea in Management of a Novice Alchemist, Alas Ramus in The Devil Is a Part-Timer!!, and Sasshō Hamster in Africa Salaryman. Her roles also include Sui in Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill, Kaede Kurushima in Steins;Gate 0, Yūna Matsumoto in Wataten!: An Angel Flew Down to Me, Kenta in Heaven's Design Team, and the Mabubu character in the iii icecrin series. In the Sword Art Online: Alicization arc, she played the roles of Linel and Rinel. More recent prominent roles include Miri Unasaka in the original anime Buddy Daddies, Lilia Carol in Head Start at Birth, Tsukuyomi in Oshi no Ko, and Emu Ōtori in the Colorful Stage! movie and game franchise.

In addition to anime, Kino is an active voice actress in video games. She is well-known for providing the voice of Emu Otori in the popular Project Sekai: Colorful Stage feat. Hatsune Miku game. Her other game credits include Ikumi Makino in Magia Record, Griseo in Honkai Impact 3rd, Hortensia in Fire Emblem Engage, and Sigewinne in Genshin Impact. She also voiced Holly in Loopers and Lilly in Crymachina.

On March 21, 2023, Kino announced her marriage to a non-celebrity man. In July 2025, she announced the birth of her first child, a baby boy.
