Pino Pirovano is an Italian voice actor and dubbing director, born Giuseppe Antonio Pirovano on December 5, 1957, in Monza, Italy. He is primarily known for his extensive work providing the Italian voices for characters in foreign animated series and films, as well as for his directorial roles in dubbing projects.

Pirovano began his career in the entertainment industry after training in theater. He graduated from the Arsenale theater school in Milan in 1982 and subsequently studied at the Centro Teatro Attivo under Gianni Mantesi. His early professional experience included stage performances in various theatrical productions during the 1980s and 1990s. He transitioned into voice acting and dialogue writing in 1988, working at the Merak Film studio in Cologno Monzese, and by 1999, he had advanced to the role of dubbing director. Beyond his studio work, Pirovano has been a dedicated educator, teaching theater training techniques and dubbing at the Centro Teatro Attivo in Milan since 1984. He has also served as a diction teacher for a journalism master's program at IULM University.

His career as a voice actor is characterized by a vast number of roles in the Italian dubs of popular anime and animated series. Among his notable credits are Hiroshi Harune in the Pretty Rhythm series, which includes Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream, and the character Hino in the anime Super Atragon. He is also well-known for providing voices in long-running franchises, such as Cui in various Dragon Ball Z media, Vodka in the Detective Conan film series, and multiple characters across the Naruto and Bleach series. His work extends to other major titles, including Sailor Moon, Slam Dunk, Shaman King, One Piece, Inazuma Eleven, and Sword Art Online.

In addition to his voice acting, Pirovano has held significant leadership positions in the dubbing industry. He was the artistic director for the company Logos from 2004 to 2014 and has collaborated with SDI Media as a dubbing director since 2015. His contributions are not limited to animation; his dubbing work encompasses live-action films and television series, as well as numerous video games.
