Ray Hurd is an American voice actor from Fort Worth, Texas, recognized for his deep and powerful baritone voice, which he frequently lends to authoritative figures and villains in anime productions. He is affiliated with Crunchyroll and OkraTron 5000, and his work has made him a prominent presence in the English dubbing industry.

Hurd has built an extensive resume of anime voice roles, with some of his most notable credits including the characters specifically listed by fans. He is the English voice of Admiral Kizaru (Borsalino) in the long-running series One Piece, a role he has also reprised for the films One Piece Stampede and One Piece 3D2Y: Overcoming Ace's Death! Luffy's Pledge to His Friends. In the Dragon Ball Super franchise, he voices the powerful warrior Top (also known as Toppo).
